Parsley Jelly Parsley jelly is a delicious herb jelly, made traditionally and is a pleasant change from mint jelly with roast lamb or gammon. Parsley jelly tastes great with crackers and cream cheese or as a accompaniment for hot or cold meats. The following recipe may be used for other herb jellies by substituting the required herb for the parsley content (try it with mint, thyme or sage).
